BDM Reload Task Failures
Resolved - Dear Customer,

The issue affecting BDM reload tasks has been resolved. The fix has been deployed successfully, and all pending reloads have now been completed, including BDM, BDM+, BDM High Volume, and Bank Information templates.

Monitoring - Dear Customer,

The deployment is ongoing. The BDM and BDM+ templates have been deployed to LIVE EU, and reloads are currently running and completing gradually. Once these reloads have been completed, we will proceed with the BDM High Volume and Bank Information templates. We continue to monitor the progress closely and will provide a further update once the remaining reloads are underway or completed.

Update - Dear Customer,

Our teams continue to work on a fix for the issue affecting BDM reload tasks. The proposed solution has been developed and is currently undergoing validation and testing in our development environment. We will provide a further update once testing is completed and we have more information regarding deployment.

We are currently experiencing an issue affecting BDM reload tasks in the LIVE environment. The root cause has been identified and a fix is being prioritised. Our teams are working on deploying a hotfix and monitoring the situation closely. Further updates will be provided as soon as more information is available.
